Each signal triggers a Watchlist Agent that brings matching prospects into your pipeline — typically within minutes of the signal firing.

Yes. Guhan respects LinkedIn's published per-account limits (100 actions/day, 10 actions/hour) with per-action safety quotas built in. New accounts ramp up gradually over 30 days. Per-call jitter and randomized sub-windows mean activity looks human, not scripted. We've shipped over 60 separate safety guardrails — your account stays in good standing.
Is Guhan compliant with GDPR, DPDP Act, and CAN-SPAM?+
Yes. Guhan provides the substrate (consent capture, do-not-contact lists, unsubscribe handling, data export, deletion on request, audit logs) and you remain the data controller. Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?+
Yes — Gmail and Outlook are first-class email senders on Growth and Scale plans. Connection takes 30 seconds via OAuth. Calendar booking works natively from the same account: meeting links auto-insert into AI replies, slot availability comes from your real calendar, and confirmed meetings land on it without round-trips through a third-party tool.
How long does setup take?+
Most founders are live in under 10 minutes. Onboarding asks for your website URL, connects your first sender account (LinkedIn or Email), and you describe your ideal customer in plain language. From there, your first Watchlist Agent starts finding prospects within an hour. Outreach Agents launch as soon as you click "Go live" on a sequence.
Can I edit or pause sequences after they go live?+
Yes — pause any Outreach Agent from its detail page and your in-flight prospects stop receiving messages. Edit the sequence canvas at any time; the next prospect through gets the updated flow while in-flight prospects continue on the version they enrolled into. No surprise template changes mid-flight.
How does Guhan handle replies?+
Inbound replies route to an AI Reply node in your sequence (when configured). The agent classifies the reply intent — positive, objection, out-of-office, not-interested, meeting request — and either drafts a contextual response for your review or sends autonomously with safety review. Out-of-office triggers a 7-day pause; unsubscribe responses stop the sequence and add the prospect to your DNC list automatically.
