These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Guhan, an AI-powered sales automation platform operated by Exaltlink India Private Limited ("Guhan", "we", "us", or "our"). By signing up or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Guhan is an AI sales agent platform that helps businesses discover high-intent prospects, enrich contact data, and automate personalised outreach across LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp. Features include intent-based prospecting, AI-generated messaging, multi-channel outreach, and meeting booking automation.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By using Guhan, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@guhan.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Guhan is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your plan). All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Guhan integrates with third-party platforms including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and various CRMs. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. Guhan is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform. We are not liable for any restriction, suspension, or termination of your accounts on third-party platforms resulting from your use of Guhan.
Guhan uses AI to process publicly available professional information to generate prospect lists and personalised outreach. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of lead data or AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
You are the data controller of any personal data you process through Guhan. We act as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach activities comply with applicable laws including the DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction.
All content, technology, and materials on the Guhan platform are the property of Exaltlink India Private Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content, data, or campaigns you create using Guhan.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guhan and Exaltlink India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Guhan platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Guhan subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@guhan.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the platform until that date.
Monthly plans: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. If you cancel a monthly plan, you will retain access until the end of the paid period and will not be charged again.
Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within 7 days of purchase and have not materially used the platform (fewer than 50 prospects processed), you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable. Pro-rata refunds for unused months are not provided.
Exceptional circumstances: Refund requests arising from technical failures or platform outages caused solely by Guhan will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at hello@guhan.ai within 14 days of the incident with details of the issue.
How refunds are processed: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted within 90 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Guhan after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
